Bulk Upload User Security Rights

Bulk Upload Tools allow users to make many data changes at one time and upload them to the system. The Bulk Upload User Security Rights page allows a system administrator to grant users access to bulk upload tools.

To grant bulk upload rights:

1. Open the Administration Menu page.

2. Under the SYSTEM ADMIN heading, click Bulk Upload User Security.

3. Click the User Name Select link to open a dialog box allowing you to select a user.

4. Search for and select the name of the user whose security rights should be modified.

   The user's name is displayed at the top of the page.

5. In the Bulk Tool field, select the bulk upload tool you want this user to have access to.

6. Click Add.

   The bulk upload tool is added to the list. For each tool added, the following information is displayed:

   • Tool Name – the name of the bulk upload tool

   • Tool Description – an explanation of the selected bulk upload tool's function

   • Delete User Access? – click Delete to revoke user rights to this bulk upload tool
